A: DealDash is an online “penny auction” bidding platform and free product-testing community founded in the U.S. We now operate in North America, Europe (Frankfurt), and Africa (Johannesburg), offering high-value auctions and no-fee test-and-review programs.
Q: What are the rules of the penny auction?
A: Each bid costs just €0.01 (or equivalent local currency) and adds a few seconds to the timer. Anyone can place bids until only one bidder remains, who wins the item at the final price.
Q: Do I need to apply or enter a lottery?
A: No application or lottery is required—everyone can participate. Simply purchase the product on the testing page, try it, submit an honest review, and once approved, you receive a full refund.
Q: When will I get my refund?
A: After your review is approved (within 48 hours), your refund is sent to your chosen payment method—PayPal, SEPA bank transfer, Alipay, WeChat Pay, or a linked Visa/MasterCard.
Q: How much does bidding and buying cost?
A:
Bid fee: €0.01 per bid (one bid token).
Winning purchase: Only the auction winner pays the final bid price for the item.
Non-winners: Bid fees are not refundable but can be recouped through the testing program.
